Each scholar is paired with a mentor who provides guidance, answers questions, and shares valuable career insights. 

These experiences help scholars build confidence, explore their passions, and develop practical skills that connect classroom learning to real-world applications. By engaging directly with professionals in their fields of interest, scholars strengthen their college and career readiness while gaining a deeper understanding of the pathways that lie ahead.
