Instructional Leadership Team 

At Odyssey STEM Academy, we believe that effective instructional leadership is key to the success of our scholars. Our leadership team, including grade-level leads, instructional coach, counselor, school social worker, and administrators - works collaboratively to support high-quality teaching in every classroom. We use data to inform instruction, provide ongoing professional development, and engage in regular collaboration to ensure all students experience rigorous, engaging, and inclusive learning. Our focus goes beyond what scholars learn; we are dedicated to how they grow, think critically, and thrive as learners and individuals.
